Job Responsibilities
  • Performs First Article Inspection on Sub-assembly and panel level units.
  • Generates, completes and submits FAI Report on multiple product.
  • Supports LPA (Layered Process Audit).
  • Responsible for NCR reviews and develops recommendation for corrective actions.
  • Supports/Joins Quality investigations for quality improvement encountered in Operations (such as SGA, 3C and other Quality Solving Problem Tools).
  • Validates internal non-conforming products.
  • Joins Quality Clinic Review as Cross Functional Team.
  • Spearhead cross functional team meetings in resolving issues encountered.
  • Able to review, update and generate Quality Documentation.
  • Knowledgeable on Material Review Board process
  • Knowledgeable on SAP
  • With experience as Quality related to QMS
  • Spearhead cross functional team meetings in resolving issues encountered.
  • Adheres to participate in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and well-being of self and others.
Qualifications
  • Engineering degree or similar industry qualification.
  • In absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral).
  • Experience in manufacturing assembly process.
  • High proficiency in problem-solving methodologies.
  • Organizational skill with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • High proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Can work with minimum Supervision.
  • Must not have had any disciplinary case within the past year.
  • Must not be under Performance Improvement Plan.
  • With at least a year in his/her current position.
