JOB TITLE: Digital Media Planner Specialist
RATE: Php 238.10 per hour
Work Type: Remote/WFH, Part time. This will be 20 hrs/week to start.
Working Hours: TBD (Usually US Hours / Night shift)
Start Date: ASAP
Job OverviewThe Digital Media Planner/Buyer will manage the development, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across digital channels. This role requires deep knowledge of media planning, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of managing digital media buys that drive results.
Responsibilities- Develop comprehensive digital media strategies aligned with brand objectives, target audiences, and KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to determine campaign goals, target segments, and messaging strategies.
- Recommend media channels (e.g., programmatic, paid social, display, search, video, native) based on insights and industry trends.
- Manage end-to-end buying process, including placements with vendors and platforms (Google, Meta, DSPs, etc.).
- Execute campaigns within platforms or oversee execution via media partners and agencies.
- Ensure timely campaign launches and flawless execution across all placements.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize toward KPIs such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and CPM.
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, platform-specific dashboards) to identify trends and insights.
- Prepare post-campaign analysis, reporting on performance, learnings, and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive and high-performing campaigns.
- Stay up to date on industry innovations, trends, and platform updates.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field or Certificate from a Technical School/Institute
- 2-3 years of media planning and buying required
- Good interpersonal skills – lively and enthusiastic personality
- Customer service-oriented approach with ability to converse with all levels of customer
- Prior work experience with incident tracking
- Experience working in a managed environment with call handling metrics and SLAs
- Willingness and enthusiasm to master new software products and releases
- Organizational and time management skills
- Desire and ability to develop skills through on the job learning and formal training courses
- Experience / knowledge of the following technologies: Microsoft Office 365 / SharePoint Online / OneDrive / Microsoft Teams / Google Workspace
- Mac OS configuration, support and troubleshooting
- Connectivity and networking support and troubleshooting
- Remote support tools (LogMeIn Rescue)
- Remote software installation technologies
- Use and support of MS Office Suite applications and Google Workspace tools
- Mac hardware installation, configuration and troubleshooting
- Use, support and configuration of Voice over IP telephone systems
- Support and troubleshoot enterprise applications, client server and web-based
- Experience in Marketing, Communications, Advertising.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital media planning and buying.
- Deep knowledge of digital ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn, Basis, The Trade Desk or similar, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel, Google Analytics, and attribution tools.
- Experience working with CRM data is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
