Mechanical Drafter X 2 (HVAC) We are seeking 2 talented Mechanical Drafters – HVAC to join our dynamic team at Fig Advisory in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This full‑time, onsite position offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects for an Australian client. Location: North EDSA, Manila (ON‑SITE – NOT REMOTE) Salary: PHP 30,000 – 40,000 per month + bonus. About the role As a Mechanical Drafter, you will be responsible for producing detailed and accurate AutoCAD drawings to support the delivery of innovative engineering solutions. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed mechanical services drawings using Autodesk Revit (HVAC and mechanical ventilation systems). Produce accurate and coordinated shop drawings, schematics, and as‑built documentation. Apply engineering principles to support system design and layout development for commercial HVAC systems. Incorporate markups, design changes, and feedback efficiently and accurately. Quality Assurance & Coordination Review and perform QA checks on internal and subcontracted drawings before submission. Conduct clash detection between mechanical and other building services (electrical, hydraulic, fire, structural, architectural). Ensure all design documentation aligns with the client’s QA procedures and project standards. Assist in developing and maintaining drafting and QA standards across the business. Compliance & Technical Accuracy Verify all designs and drawings comply with the National Construction Code (NCC), Australian Standards, and project‑specific requirements. Support the mechanical engineer with technical documentation, system design verification, and design calculations. Work closely with the mechanical engineer, project managers, and site teams to ensure design intent is met. Coordinate with consultants, builders, and subcontractors when required. Meet project deadlines with high accuracy and attention to detail. Ideal Candidate Profile At least 2 years of experience in MEP or building services drafting. Proficient in Simpro and AutoCAD; Revit knowledge is an advantage. Familiarity with Australian NCC, BCA, or AS/NZS standards is a plus (training provided). Strong attention to detail and time‑management skills. Experience with commercial or residential projects, ideally across APAC or international clients. Experience in creating Life Cycle Reports.
