HSE Officer (m/f/x) Job ID: req2125 For our subsidiary BAUER Foundations Philippines, Inc. in Quezon City, we are searching for a new team member as HSE Officer (m/f/x). Process and ensure site safety compliance through regular inspections and participation in daily toolbox meetings and supervisor briefings Perform joint inspections with site mechanics on industrial equipment, power tools, and heavy machinery to ensure operational safety Prepare and maintain safety documentation, including incident reports, inspection logs, and compliance records Report HSE-related non-compliance and recommend corrective actions to the Project Engineer, Supervisor, or Site-in-Charge Oversee critical lifting operations and foundation drilling activities, focusing on hazard identification and risk mitigation Your profile: University degree in Engineering, Nursing, Occupational Safety, or a related field; BOSH/COSH certification preferred Several years of professional experience in safety roles within drilling, foundation, or heavy equipment operations Experience in Oil & Gas, Geothermal, Mining, or Geotechnical industries is a strong advantage Good knowledge of Philippine safety regulations and DOLE standards Ability to communicate fluently in English, both speaking and writing; strong documentation and reporting skills We offer you: Attractive remuneration package Medicine Reimbursement per year Leave days (Vacation, Sick, Maternity, Paternity, Emergency) #J-18808-Ljbffr
