Technical Channels Specialist

Overview Spreetail propels brands to increase their e‑commerce market share across the globe while improving operational costs. We’re seeking a Technical Channels Specialist to support us in bringing products to life across top online marketplaces. You'll launch and optimize listings, partner with Channel Managers, streamline workflows, and keep our item pipeline running smoothly. How you will achieve success Supporting items going live by determining assortment eligibility, building proposals and following up with Channels throughout the item‑launch process. Driving continuous optimization of item liveliness by tracking status of approved and live items on DSV Channels. Partnering with Channel Managers to understand and support channel‑specific requirements, aspirations, and restrictions. Finding solutions to increase productivity and improve workflow to eliminate backlog and stay up to date with incoming items. Supporting new channel launches through categorizing, enriching, and uploading item needs, and updating standardized daily/weekly/monthly reports. Qualifications Required Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel. Experience in Customer Service, Project Management, Account Management, Agency, or similar with a proven track record of good decision making. Comfortable with organizing data and operating within marketplace portals, ability to learn new programs/software, and willingness to build new skills. Excellent communication, English language proficiency, and cross‑functional collaboration skills. Good time management and ability to adapt to changes. Preferred 2‑3 years in relevant industry. Experience with listing creation, upload, and troubleshooting. Remote & Technical Requirements Remote position; candidates must have an available work‑from‑home setup. Desktop/Laptop: 4th generation or higher, at least Intel i3 or equivalent processor; 4 GB RAM; Windows 10 or above or Mac OS X. Provide your own dual monitors, a strong and stable wired internet connection (at least 10 Mbps), a PC headset, and an HD external or integrated webcam with at least 720 p resolution.
