We deliver mission critical IT services that transform global businesses and drive client success. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain custom SAP applications using ABAP. Create and modify reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows using ABAP. Develop and implement user exits, BADI, BAPI, and enhancements. Work on integration projects involving SAP and non-SAP systems using SAP integration technologies (IDocs, RFC, BAPI, ALE) and ensure seamless integration of SAP modules and third-party systems. Perform code reviews and conduct performance tuning to optimize system performance; optimize existing ABAP code and implement best practices. Develop comprehensive technical documentation for new and existing applications and maintain detailed documentation for custom developments, interfaces, and workflows. Collaborate with functional consultants and business analysts to gather requirements; provide technical support for SAP modules and troubleshoot issues. Conduct unit testing and support integration and user acceptance testing; ensure developments meet quality standards and comply with corporate policies. Education And Experience Required Broad fullstack SAP experience including ODATA, CDS, RAP, SAP CAP, SAPUI5, and ABAP; experience in S4HANA Cloud development and SAP BTP systems. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum 10+ years of experience in SAP ABAP & S4HANA development; must have S4HANA experience. Proven experience in full lifecycle SAP projects (design, development, testing, deployment). Technical Skills Proficiency in SAP ABAP programming (reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, workflows); ABAP HR expertise. Knowledge of SAP integration technologies (IDocs, RFC, BAPI, ALE). Experience with ABAP Objects, ALV reporting, and Smart Forms/SAP Scripts. Experience in SAP Fiori/UI5 and S/4HANA; SAP EWM knowledge. Soft Skills Analytical and problem-solving skills; strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and in a team within a fast-paced environment.
