Staff Nurse - The Medical City Clinic (Robinsons Magnolia) Location: Quezon City, National Capital Region, Philippines Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in a hospital or clinical setting Excellent attention to detail Great written and verbal communication Flexibility in work duties and schedule Ability to remain calm under pressure Excellent interpersonal skills Duties and Responsibilities Register patient medical records and data in the system Ensure data privacy is strictly followed Update patient records as necessary Encode all cash transactions due for consultation and laboratory/diagnostic tests Attend to patient inquiries and concerns Refer patients to the right specialists based on their chief complaint(s) Issue consultation queue numbers to patients Provide health teaching and give clear instructions to patients undergoing a test or medical procedure Coordinate with other departments in the delivery of patient care Prepare reports required by the Nurse Supervisor as appropriate Assist in the Reception area as needed Take vital signs and other assessments required by the physician Prepare doctors’ rooms for consultation and/or physical examination Assist patients to and from the doctors’ room Provide basic nursing care but not limited to RN-level procedures Attend to emergency and urgent cases under the supervision of a Registered Nurse Assist staff nurses in preparing instruments for minor procedures Assist physicians during physical examinations Provide proper charging of supplies used in a procedure Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of all doctors’ clinics and vital signs area Provide sanitation and disinfection of medical equipment used Assist in the ultrasound area as needed Perform ECG procedure Extend services to medical records when needed Coordinate with the HMO in approval of procedures of the client Dispense procedures of the client in the system for proper charging and give the right instruction to the client Employment type: Full‑time Seniority level: Associate #J-18808-Ljbffr
