Ensure neutrality, clarity, and cultural accuracy while preserving tone and intent. Handle live calls with professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality. Use note-taking, memory retention, and active listening to manage complex conversations. Participate in ongoing coaching and training to strengthen interpreting skills. What We’re Looking For High school diploma (required); college degree preferred. Fluency in English and Mandarin Language (B2+ proficiency or higher). Ability to pass a language and interpreting skills assessment. Work From Home Requirements Quiet, distraction-free workspace. Desktop or laptop (Windows/Mac) with at least 16GB RAM, no older than 5 years. Stable wired internet: 30 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload minimum (no hotspot). Functioning webcam; Windows 10+ / macOS Big Sur (OS 11)+.
