Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and complaints.
- Provide accurate information and solutions based on company policies.
- Document customer interactions and update records.
- Ensure a positive customer experience and meet performance metrics.
- No prior call center experience needed – we provide training
- At least 18 years old
- High school graduate (old curriculum) or senior high school graduate
- Willing to work onsite and in shifting schedules
