We are seeking a **DCX Client Services - Home-Based Production Artist** who is looking to grow their experience across a diverse role. This role entails contributing to the client's brand strategy, designing eye-catching visuals, and working on the development of exciting new products. If you are a tenured Graphic Designer and are looking for a role with a wide and challenging scope, this position is for you. **REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES**Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and creativity across different media Good managerial skills to carry other team members along Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines Develop design concepts and plans in line with resource, budgetary, and timeline requirements. Ad hoc tasks aligned with those mentioned above. **Education:** **Experience:** 5-10 years of proven experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer, or other relevant experience. **Language Proficiency:** Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills. Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours. **Technical Skills:** Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications. - **Industry-Specific Knowledge:** * Highly skilled with Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat Pro, and InDesign, or any related editing and design software. * Proven experience leading creative teams in developing brand concepts. * Ability to lead a team in a time-bound environment. * Excellent visual design skills, layout, typography, and colors. * Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and to work on tight deadlines.**WHAT WE OFFER** **BENEFITS OF WORKING WITH US**Company-provided career skills training courses#J-18808-Ljbffr
