Recruitment Partner for Merck Group | Senior Recruitment Professional | Phenom Champion

Responsibilities
  • Your Role: People Management — Manage recruiting, training, team engagement, goal-setting, and performance reviews. Handle career planning and separations.
  • KPI Management — Achieve process KPI targets and implement solutions for operational issues.
  • Finance Master Data Management — Oversee master data for GL, WBS, IO, and CC. Manage SAP/ERP migrations and ensure data integrity. Collaborate on process changes and support audits. Supervise transfer pricing operations and report issues. Approve new flows and facilitate inter-company invoicing. Review data visualization requests and manage dashboard development. Gather stakeholder feedback and ensure reporting tools are functional.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA certification is required.
  • 7+ years in finance/accounting and FP&A with a focus on reporting and data management.
  • Strong leadership and team/people management skills.
  • Knowledge of finance master data and experience with SAP or ERP systems is a plus.
  • Familiar with transfer pricing practices and proficient in Tableau is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities.
  • Experience with audits and internal controls.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
