From concept to execution, junior graphic designers are involved in creative projects. You take part in creating prototypes of designs, coming up with design solutions, and analyzing criticism to make designs better. Developing exceptional designs in accordance with the needs of clients. Assisting with the marketing materials for the company. The goal will be to produce captivating designs that capture and further the vision of the business. The designs will be used for a variety of things, such as posters for social media, banners, brochures, drawings, logos, etc. Operating under the supervision of the Senior Designer to produce work of the utmost quality.

Key Accountabilities
  • Recognizing project needs and concepts
  • Producing prototypes with graphic techniques
  • Developing interfaces, banners, and logos
  • Presenting original concepts
  • Collaborating for the emergence of projects with the team
  • Generating drafts of social media posters, banners, etc. and obtaining senior graphic design head to approve them
  • Utilizing various design methodologies to produce models, sketches, and prototypes
  • Utilizing feedback from other designers, improving own designs’ tone and color schemes
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or any related field
  • Up to 3 years of working experience as a Graphic Designer; however, we welcome talented individuals who have recently graduated and aspire to be one
  • Basic understanding of the various design methods
  • Capability for problem-solving and exceptional creativity
  • Identifying the visual components—type, layout, typefaces, etc.
  • Expertise of latest design applications including InVision, CorelDRAW, Photoshop, and other relevant software
  • Expertise of color correcting methods
  • Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Use graphic techniques to create drafts
  • Produce logos, banners, and interfaces
  • Pitch creative concepts
  • Experience with design software and graphics editing software, such as InVision and Photoshop
  • Knowledge of design techniques, such as Prototyping
  • Resides within Cebu
