Responsibilities Train employees to work efficiently and maintain smooth and continuous operations. Select and interview candidates for new positions as needed. Maintain employee attendance records and leave reports. Assist management staff in developing and implementing policies to meet business goals. Manage appraisals and performance evaluations for employees. Oversee locker assignments and uniform distribution for new hires. Develop a safe and achievement-oriented working environment. Implement production plans in alignment with approved schedules. Monitor ongoing work, identify problems, and find appropriate solutions. Initiate continuous improvements in technology and procedures for operational excellence. Ensure high-quality customer service by responding to questions and complaints in a timely manner. Establish disciplinary and behavioral standards for employees to maintain organizational efficiency. Supervise daily operations of assigned branch offices. Ensure employees follow safe work practices and adhere to company standards. Keep track of expenses and develop operating budgets. Review and approve correction plans when necessary. Communicate effectively with staff to address concerns and maintain a collaborative work environment. Minimum Qualifications Proven experience in retail management. Preferably with experience in clothing and health and wellness industries. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to handle multiple locations and prioritize tasks efficiently. Customer service-oriented mindset.
