Financial and Analytical Acumen: Manage budgets and financial planning with a keen eye for detail, ensuring the profitability and financial health of our operations. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Significant experience in a leadership role within the salon, food, beauty, or retail sectors, demonstrating a capacity for hands-on management and strategic growth. A strong technological foundation, with experience in enhancing e-commerce platforms and integrating digital tools into business operations. Exceptional leadership skills, with a proven track record of building and motivating teams to achieve shared goals. Understanding of the beauty and/or salon industry, with a genuine passion for driving trends and excellence in customer service. Excellent communication skills, capable of fostering strong relationships internally and externally.
