Key Responsibilities
  • Establish company-wide goals and ensure departmental goals are aligned with these overarching objectives.
  • Ensure that all departments are in sync to meet business objectives by facilitating clear communication and coordination across the organization.
  • Regularly review departmental performance to ensure alignment with company-wide goals and identify areas for improvement in synchronization.
  • Continuously assess and refine organizational processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
  • Ensure all policies and processes are well-documented, communicated, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
  • Oversee the implementation of new policies and processes and ensure staff are adequately trained to adhere to them.
  • Hands-on Leadership: Actively engage in all areas of our business, from the salon floor to the digital marketplace. Your hands-on approach will set the standard for excellence and inspire your team to follow suit.
  • Strategic Team Building: Build, lead, and nurture a cohesive team that values collaboration and shared success. Your leadership will ensure that our team is motivated, productive, and aligned with our growth objectives.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, ensuring that both our physical salons and e-commerce platform operate seamlessly. Your knack for processes and efficiency will drive our operational success.
  • Technology and Digital Innovation: Utilize the latest in technology to enhance our operational processes and e-commerce platform, making our services more accessible and appealing to our customers.
  • Growth and Expansion: Spearhead initiatives to grow our business, exploring new markets and opportunities for both our salons and online platform. Your hands-on approach will be crucial in identifying and implementing these growth strategies.
  • Financial and Analytical Acumen: Manage budgets and financial planning with a keen eye for detail, ensuring the profitability and financial health of our operations.
  • Marketing and Customer Engagement: Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies that elevate our brand, attract new clients, and enhance customer loyalty.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in a leadership role within the salon, food, beauty, or retail sectors, demonstrating a capacity for hands-on management and strategic growth.
  • A strong technological foundation, with experience in enhancing e-commerce platforms and integrating digital tools into business operations.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with a proven track record of building and motivating teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Understanding of the beauty and/or salon industry, with a genuine passion for driving trends and excellence in customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of fostering strong relationships internally and externally.
