Transactional Support Services Buying Compliance Analyst Position Summary: Create purchase requisitions on behalf of the market and follow up the order through its lifecycle, ensuring buying compliance, GR posting, issue resolution from the market side and suppliers to ensure proper order completion and payment, including governance with Business Units/Factories. A day in the life Guarantee operational communications – perform operational meetings with the markets & suppliers Ensure deliverables comply with Nestlé Policies Manage and prioritize requests (audit supporting documents) Review and manage reports within scope in line with procurement audit standards Participate and contribute to quality opportunities – propose and deliver actions to solve problems with market procurement, AP and compliance OG/OS creation for Buying Compliance reporting, management and maintenance Prepare, analyze, and communicate Buying Compliance reports to markets timely Review and manage audit justifications providing preventive solutions Develop recommendations to improve business processes and internal controls Analyze trends, root cause analysis of mistakes/errors, problem solving with agility and fluidity Serve as a technical reference on system tools and processes to provide information about end‑to‑end transactional activities Communicate, review and guarantee cascading of operational updates (alignments, tools, WoW) with team & markets Handle queries & issues, ensuring fast resolution Maintain knowledge – continuously develop and maintain adequate process and market knowledge of all markets/categories in scope Prioritize activities – balance short‑term and long‑term Lead action plans to correct deviations and improve services/processes Facilitate operational meetings with markets – touchpoint with markets, business units and functions Participate in continuous improvement programs and standardization of processes Ensure accuracy of PR to PO lifecycle processes including purchase orders and goods receipt Coordinate deliveries related to Requestor for You scope, communicating with suppliers, BU users and buyers Create training materials related to Buying Compliance reporting Escalate issues to operation lead, risk and control Ensure adherence to Buying Compliance RACI What will make you successful Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management or related areas At least 2 years’ experience in procurement Experience in analysis of suppliers’ quotations Ability to manage and prioritize workload Experience working in groups Good interpersonal relationships Proficiency in Microsoft Office Experience with SAP system Experience extracting and managing performance indicators Experience with Ariba Events Management #J-18808-Ljbffr
