Eucalyptus is building the world’s largest international digital healthcare company. We’re creating a preventive healthcare ecosystem with Juniper, a weight management program. We’re expanding to support millions of patients, and we’re looking for a Senior Video Editor to lead Juniper AU’s editing team in Manila.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Video Editor to lead Juniper AU’s editing team in Manila. You’ll be hands-on editing performance content that helps women feel seen, supported, and inspired from UGC-style social ads to polished brand campaigns. You’ll also lead and develop the editing team, giving feedback, lifting the standard, and helping the team move fast without compromising quality. You’ll work closely with creatives, strategists, and performance leads to bring ideas to life through sharp storytelling, smart pacing, and strong attention to detail. And you’ll help shape the systems and workflows that keep our post-production engine running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who loves the craft of editing and wants to help lead a fast-moving team that’s scaling quickly.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Edit content across a range of formats: mainly short-form paid social ads, UGC, testimonials, and cutdowns for Juniper’s weight loss program
• Lead and develop a small team of video editors in Manila: giving regular feedback, coaching on craft, and helping improve output quality and speed
• Own post-production workflows end-to-end: editing, colour grading, sound design, and basic motion
• Work with existing raw footage (including UGC and past shoots) to create new ad variations, cutdowns, and testable formats
• Collaborate with creatives, strategists, and performance marketers to turn briefs into high-performing content
• Maintain clean, organised file structures and export systems to keep production running smoothly
• Stay across editing trends, tools, and best practices, sharing learnings and lifting standards across the team
• Help the team prioritise tasks and hit weekly content targets in a high-output, fast-paced environment

About You (Who You Are)

• 3–5 years’ experience editing video content, ideally in a fast-paced content or performance environment
• Experience mentoring or leading other editors, and excited to help build a high-performing team
• Proficient in Premiere Pro, with working knowledge of After Effects and Davinci Resolve
• Strong eye for story, pacing, and performance: able to turn even basic UGC into something compelling
• Organised and process-minded: you keep files tidy, workflows smooth, and timelines on track
• Comfortable working in a high-volume environment where creative is constantly tested and iterated
• Collaborative, curious, and passionate about improving your own craft and helping others grow

Nice to Have

• Experience editing paid social ads or direct-response creative
• Basic motion graphics or animation skills
• Experience working with content sourced from real people (testimonials, UGC, etc.)
• Familiarity with editing for performance or using creative data to iterate
• A reel or portfolio of work you’re proud of
