Data Collection & Reporting Gather, organize, and validate risk-related data from business units and sites. Consolidate reports for BCP, IMCR, and other risk management initiatives. Maintaining databases, trackers, and dashboards for timely monitoring Compliance & Risk Monitoring Assist in monitoring compliance requirements related to mining operations, environment, and industry regulations. Support preparation of accurate and timely submission of internal and external reports. Assist in identifying gaps in compliance data and coordinate with process owners for resolution. Coordination & Administrative Support Provide follow-up and coordination with different sectors/departments and sites for timely submission of reports. Assist BCP and IMCR Managers in documentation, filing, and preparation of materials for reviews/meetings. Track progress of risk-related action items and elevate delays when necessary. Collaboration & Communication Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure completeness of data and informartion. Support sector-led activities such as workshops, audits, and tabletop exercises. Providing logistical and administrative assistance for sector meetings and events. Other Duties Perform any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by the BCP Manager, IMCR Manager, or AVP for Risk Management, which are relevant to the role and sector operations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
