As part of the Financial Services (FS) Risk Consulting team, you will help clients address critical risk and regulatory challenges across areas such as Financial Services Risk Management (FSRM), Digital Risk, Internal Audit, Business Process Review, SOX 404, Third-Party Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance, and Enterprise Risk Management. This is a client-facing leadership role in a dynamic, fast-growing practice. You’ll collaborate with senior executives from some of the world’s most recognized financial institutions, shaping strategic risk solutions and leading large-scale transformation programs. You’ll also leverage emerging technologies—including Generative AI, AI, and Advanced Analytics —to build innovative tools and enhance client delivery. Key Responsibilities Market Leadership & Client Management Partner with onshore teams to understand client industries, challenges, and priorities. Participate in go-to-market initiatives, proposal development, RFP responses, and client orals. Identify new business opportunities, cross-sell EY solutions, and drive strategic client pursuits. Build and expand the FS Risk Consulting practice in the Philippines, including new service capabilities. Contribute to thought leadership through whitepapers, points of view, and industry insights. Collaborate across EY service lines to deliver integrated, value-driven solutions. Represent EY in client meetings, workshops, and executive sessions, locally and abroad. Engagement Delivery & Team Leadership Oversee multiple client engagements across locations, ensuring consistency, quality, and value delivery. Review and guide engagement outputs, managing risk, timelines, and client expectations. Ensure optimal utilization and productivity of engagement teams. Anticipate and manage project risks; elevate issues proactively. Drive performance metrics, quality standards, and compliance with SLAs. Support account management and contribute to innovation initiatives that enhance EY’s delivery capabilities. Operational Excellence Drive operational improvements and client service innovation. Manage engagement budgets, compliance, and risk management protocols. Improve delivery efficiency through automation, AI tools, and process standardization. Contribute to cost and productivity targets through effective project governance. Lead, mentor, and coach high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Oversee recruitment and talent development to build strong FS risk consulting capabilities. Conduct workshops, training, and knowledge-sharing sessions to upskill teams. Manage performance reviews, development plans, and career progression of team members. Champion inclusion, engagement, and retention initiatives across the practice. Skills & Attributes for Success Excellent communication and executive presence; strong command of spoken and written English. Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset. Strong business acumen and commercial awareness. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, data validation, and analytics tools. Proven leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Minimum 15 years of professional experience in risk consulting or financial services. Strong background in Financial Services Risk Management within banking, insurance, or asset management. Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or related discipline. Professional certifications such as CIA, CISA, CISSP, or CFA preferred. Advanced qualifications (e.g., CA, CPA, MBA, or PGDM ) are an advantage. Demonstrated success in client relationship management, engagement delivery, and business development. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with composure under pressure.
