Prepare and lead Requirement Gathering Workshops with key stakeholders for small to medium-complexity projects. Create, own, and interpret Process Maps for small to medium-complexity projects/businesses Participate in DXC Technology added value activities outside regular client work Identify and raise potential risks to a project and suggest, where possible, mitigation strategies Write Epics & user stories utilizing behavior driven development (BDD) Configure Salesforce based on user stories Ensure compliance to design standards, perform unit testing, and actively manage assigned tasks to ensure quality completion by or before their due dates Complete mandatory training and maintain certification level Manage and prioritize project backlog for small to medium-complexity projects Ensure overall solution design, integrity, and completeness for small to medium-complexity projects. Provide input to solution design for medium to high-complexity projects Deliver and maintain Key Design Decision recommendations and formulate options, pros, and cons on small to medium-complexity projects. #J-18808-Ljbffr
