Overview

Role Overview: The Performance Marketing Manager will oversee paid acquisition across digital channels — Meta, Google, programmatic, and emerging platforms like TikTok. This role is responsible for driving traffic, optimizing ROAS, and scaling campaigns based on real-time data. You’ll work closely with media partners, agencies, and data teams to grow a loyal and active user base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, UAC, and other channels.
  • Monitor KPIs like CPI, CTR, CPA, LTV, ROAS, and continuously improve campaign efficiency.
  • Work with creative teams to test and iterate on ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Manage budgets, media buys, bidding strategies, and attribution frameworks (first-party and MMP).
  • Lead experiments on new acquisition channels (e.g., influencer boosts, native ads, ad networks).
  • Analyze cohort behavior and retention to inform targeting and re-engagement strategies.
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years experience in performance marketing or digital media buying (tech, gaming, e-commerce, or media agencies).
  • Proficient in paid platforms: Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, DV360, TikTok Ads.
  • Data-driven with strong analytical and Excel/reporting skills; familiarity with GA4, AppsFlyer or similar tools is a plus.
  • Comfortable with fast testing cycles and scaling successful campaigns.
  • Strong grasp of conversion funnels and behavioral segmentation.
