Product Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Product Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at the Tanduay Negros Plant . The PQA Specialist has the responsibility to maintain quality and integrity of finished products by proper implementation of quality assurance activities as specified in the Quality plant that adhere to the current Good Manufacturing Practices. Job description Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to): Ensures that all product verifications are carried out in a timely manner. Oversee the work of PQA QC Staff in the production line and monitor their adherence to the standard procedures. Ensures that all established quality assurance procedures, instructions, and SOPs are carried out correctly and with accuracy. Ensures that inspection or verification guidelines are properly understood and carried out correctly and with accuracy. Ensures that non-conforming materials issued to the lines are identified and reported to PQA Unit Head in a timely manner. Ensures that non-conforming finished products are properly identified and reported to PQA Unit Head in a timely manner. Ensures that any GMP non-compliances are reported to PQA Unit Head. In charge of accomplishing bottle rejection-related reports in a timely manner for PQA Unit Head. Ensures that all monitoring forms are properly accomplished, signed, and submitted. Qualifications Graduate of Bachelor of Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, and Food Technology At least 1 year of experience in QA/QC within the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries Excellent in Oral and Written Communications Skills Excellent in Microsoft Office Applications Preferably with working knowledge and experience in ISO 9001 Standard and Current Good Manufacturing Practices Willing to work on-site at Tanduay Negros Plant, Brgy.
