Your role & responsibilities The IT OJT (On the Job Training) will assist to the IT Desktop Support and IT Specialist. Installing desktop operating systems. Configure the basic desktop setting. Install hardware and other peripherals, likekeyboard, mouse, and others. Set up printers. Perform basic desktop troubleshooting. Monitor incidents and request tickets. Reply and answer chat support queries as the firstlevel of support. Assist client desktop movement as per request. Assist in IT inventory. Perform desktop maintenance. Additional tasks and responsibilities assigned by the IT Lead or IT Manager.
