We are looking for a motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor in Westdale and Southdale Villas to oversee our daily warehouse operations. As a Warehouse Supervisor , you will play a critical role in managing inventory, supervising staff, and ensuring efficient and timely shipments. About the role:

  • Constant coordination with the Project Manager or Project Engineer as to the status of materials to ensure proper interfacing of activities.
  • Giving proactive advice to the Warehouse Manager, Area Manager and Division Head on critical and priority materials needing follow up efforts that will affect the delivery of projects.
  • Preparation of test samples and conducting required testing of materials for construction.
  • Ensure that all testing certificates, warranty certificates, test results were provided and same are properly kept for future references.
  • Implementation of the Materials Management Guidelines.
  • Supervision of the quarterly inventory of active warehouses and semi-annually on non-active warehouses of materials to determine losses or savings incurred within the specific period of time, and prepare such report for review by the Warehouse Manager, Project Manager, Area Manager and the Division Head.
  • Preparation of schedules and supervision of the transfer of the approved (Authority to Transfer - ATT) of materials from one project to another project.
  • Coordination with Engineering and Purchasing Department related on savings for utilization to special projects.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the department head from time to time.
Qualifications
  • With a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering; preferred but not required
  • With at least five (5) years of experience in Construction or Real Estate and Land Development.
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse management systems
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
