Ensure a positive candidate experience by constantly seeking ways to improve the content, methodology, delivery, and process. Respond to and support organizational challenges. Ensure candidates endorsed by the sourcing team are interviewed in real-time. Ensure a positive new hire onboarding experience by constantly seeking ways to improve the curriculum, content, methodology, delivery, and process. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in related field from a four-year college or university (preferred). Minimum of 2 years BPO experience in the same capacity (preferred). Must have proficiency with various MS Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Proficient planning, time management, and decision-making skills. Can communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrates ability to think and act strategically, with the ability to anticipate trends and assess consequences accurately. Maintains a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism. Strong work ethic, integrity, flexibility, diversity, customer service orientation, leadership/coaching skills, and team building abilities are essential.
