Key Responsibilities- Prepare and lodge BAS, IAS, and Activity Statements for clients in compliance with regulatory requirements and deadlines.
- Conduct thorough bookkeeping duties, including but not limited to data entry, reconciliations, and financial statement preparations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and client satisfaction.
- Provide timely and accurate financial information to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of accounting processes and procedures.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant accounting standards and Australian tax laws.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3 – 4 years of experience in Business Services accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks.
- Strong understanding of Australian taxation laws and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
