In this role, you will provide the first impression to customers who call in looking to build their online presence. You will join a team who interact with existing and potential customers and share best practices and ideas. We take a consultative approach to sales—learning about the needs of each customer and fitting them into the best product or service available. Our mission is to provide a world-class sales experience to every customer we work with by giving them the tools and insights they need to make their vision a reality.

• Field inbound calls and identify areas to help our customers' online presence.
• Educate customers about their website and current marketing strategy to help them understand the importance of having an online presence.
• Provide consultation to customers regarding new products and services that will help their businesses succeed.
• Provide issue resolutions within our scope of support; directing customers to paid solutions or third-party steps as appropriate.
• Meet metrics that could include but are not limited to customer satisfaction and daily sales targets.
• Demonstrate extraordinary interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive, multi-task, and prioritize in a high-volume, dynamic environment.
• Apply solid sales skills to understand customer’s needs and close all sales with integrity.

• Must have at least 1 year Sales experience and be driven to meet and exceed sales objectives.
• Exceptional and persuasive communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong passion for helping small and medium sized businesses succeed.
