Overview Be a part of our fast-growing team and unchain all the possibilities We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic FP&A Manager to oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. The ideal candidate has strong analytical and financial modeling skills, can translate complex data into actionable insights, and is experienced in presenting to senior leadership. Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems (preferably NetSuite), and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is highly valued. Responsibilities Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities Prepare and present financial reports and insights to senior leadership Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives Mentor and oversee part-time FP&A staff Ensure timeliness and accuracy in financial reporting Support ad hoc analyses and special projects Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field Proven experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, macros/VBA a plus) Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills for executive reporting Experience using ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) Proficiency in reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) Exposure to acquisition analysis, capital markets, or deal structuring is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Benefits Above-industry salary package and incentives Comprehensive HMO benefits and life insurance from day 1 Free learning and development courses for your personal and career growth Dynamic company events Opportunities for promotion Free meals and snacks #J-18808-Ljbffr
