Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the visual optimization of core business line products; specialize in creative visual design and provide innovative design solutions based on requirements.
  • Participate in brand visual design, including brand identity, application scenarios, and event marketing visuals, ensuring alignment with local market aesthetics.
  • Assist the lead UI/graphic designer in brand-related visual design tasks, supporting brand visual extension and enhancement, and follow through on implementation.
  • Continuously optimize visual design, maintain consistency in style, and deliver creative solutions that meet business needs.
  • Contribute to video, animation, 3D production, and motion graphic design as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Design or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in visual design, with exposure to multi-platform, cross-industry, and interdisciplinary projects; passion for design and innovation is essential.
  • Strong awareness of design trends and system design; hands-on experience in building design systems; excellent output and presentation skills; ability to define visuals across different styles; detail-oriented with the capability to establish clear and reasonable visual principles.
  • Experience in complete visual design projects for internet products, capable of handling cross-platform and multi-terminal design.
  • Solid foundation in graphic design; proficient in at least one mainstream AIGC tool (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, Runway); advanced skills in Photoshop or Illustrator for detailed modifications.
  • Proficiency in 3ds Max or Blender modeling tools, with the ability to integrate 3D design into visual projects.
  • Basic knowledge of motion design is a strong plus.
  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
