Virtual Medical Representative

Overview

The virtual medical representative will be primarily responsible for representing Docquity pharma clients, promoting their nominated brands, to doctors via remote detailing (web meetings, etc.). Their goal is to improve the doctor’s awareness and prescribing of their brands.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain a calendar of web call appointments with assigned doctors.
  • Conduct timely follow-up calls and manage appointment scheduling efficiently.
  • Accurately update and maintain records in the CRM system.
  • Participate in client-provided training sessions, including product knowledge and drug safety.
  • Develop acceptable standards of product knowledge and TA knowledge.
  • Present and discuss brand materials and prescribing information in a clear and professional manner.
  • Support and enhance the doctor’s knowledge of the product to encourage prescribing behavior.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Meet or achieve all Key Performance Indicators (calls, sales targets, etc.) as agreed upon with the pharmaceutical partner.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by Docquity and/or the client to support business objectives.
Qualifications
  • Any University Degree, completed
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Google Tools
