Overview

Datacenter People is the leading recruiter in the datacenter industry worldwide. Our purpose is to fuel the future of the global data center industry through talent. You will be responsible for providing a broad range of research and recruitment support to Recruitment Consultants on projects across Europe, the USA and Asia-Pacific. We provide training in recruitment research and support to gain a qualification in Executive Research from the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC).

Responsibilities
  • Provide research and recruitment support to identify potential candidates in the Datacenter Industry.
  • Utilize sourcing methods including online databases, social media, and professional networks to find top-tier talent.
  • Create and optimise job adverts using platforms such as LinkedIn, Jobsite, Indeed, etc.
  • Collaborate with Consultants to understand client requirements and tailor search strategies accordingly.
  • Filter incoming applications to determine if candidates meet job criteria.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future opportunities.
  • Demonstrate strong research and analytical skills.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Show eagerness to learn and be self-motivated.
  • Additional language skills are beneficial but not essential.
  • Participation in training and qualification in Executive Research from AESC is provided.
