Wering a fast-growing brokerage in the finance and lending space to find a Marketing Strategist to own and optimize their digital marketing ecosystem. Youll play a pivotal role in driving lead generation, building brand visibility, and automating client communications to help double loan settlement volumes over the next year.

Part-Time: ~20 hours/week (with potential to scale to full-time)
Schedule: AEST hours
Location: Fully Remote
Engagement: Independent Contractor
Monthly Starting Rate: USD 400-800/month (based on a 20-hour workweek, depending on level of experience)

What Youll Do

  • Develop and execute marketing plans to increase brand awareness and lead generation

  • Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM , including email workflows, segmentation, and client nurture sequences

  • Design, run, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) for high-ROI lead generation

  • Build and maintain a content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn

  • Create engaging social posts (2 per week) aligned with brand voice and strategy

  • Design and manage landing pages for campaigns, ensuring strong conversion rates

  • Implement referral and review systems to increase word-of-mouth and social proof

  • Track performance, analyze results, and recommend new opportunities for growth

What Were Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in service-based or financial sectors

  • Proven hands-on expertise with HubSpot CRM & automation

  • Solid track record managing Meta Ads for lead generation and ROI optimization

  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills

  • Ability to design graphics (Canva or similar) and manage landing pages

  • Self-starter with excellent communication skills and ability to work independently

  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Nice-to-Haves

  • Knowledge of the Australian finance or lending industry

  • Experience with Infynity CRM or similar platforms

  • Background in conversion optimization and A/B testing
