People and communities thrive when spaces in which they live work, move and play are designed managed in a way that best meets their needs As part of Project and Program Management team, you'll help deliver some of the biggest, most iconic project imaginable, with some of the best talent around. With your energy, agility and a keen eye for detail, you'll deliver transformational outcomes for multiple clients everyday Role accountabilities: Work within established procedures and systems to deliver outputs, track budgets, and highlight variances to ensure project delivery targets are met. Manage or assist in delivering small to medium-sized projects or programs, optimizing resources to achieve scope and deadlines. Present risks or issues to senior managers, ensuring compliance with standards and minimizing project impacts Analyze and review data to identify trends and provide recommendations to support informed project decision-making Review processes and policies, offering advice to improve systems and support management in enhancing operational practices. Collaborate with stakeholders and contractors, ensuring alignment, communication, and awareness of project progress and expectations. Qualifications & Experience: Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in project and program management, preferably within multinational companies or in US, UK, EU, AUS projects. With at least 7 years in managing and leading a team in delivering large and complex multi-disciplinary projects and or programs. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline (e.g. Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Construction Management, etc.), master’s degree an advantage Attainment of OR near attainment of relevant professional certification or chartered status (RICS, APM, PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) Familiarity of project and program management methodologies or frameworks (PMI, APM, Agile, etc.) Strong track record of overseeing complex projects and programs, and leading teams to deliver exceptional results.
