Job DescriptionThis role requires expertise in data visualization and analysis, specifically in Power BI dashboard development, Smartsheet automation, and a deep understanding of business processes and workflows. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading data-driven projects, working independently, and delivering high-impact insights to help drive business decisions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Power BI Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) required by stakeholders
- Smartsheet Automation: Utilize Smartsheet formulas, reports, and integrations (including potentially using the Smartsheet API) to automate workflows, streamline data collection, and enhance collaboration
- Process and Workflow Analysis and Documentation: Assist in documenting and analysing existing business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements and translate those needs into effective analytics solutions
- Training: Lead training and support to end-users
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
- Knowledge in Power BI, other BI tools (Tableau, Quik) is a plus
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and workflow optimization
- Knowledge in using Smartsheet for automation, project management, and reporting
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate complex data insights into clear recommendations
EDUCATION, TRAININGS, LICENSES REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field
- Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate (for Power BI expertise).
