Qualfon Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines Work arrangement: Cebu IT Park or Link Sy IT Park Dumaguete (On-site) Project Management Analyst Location: Qualfon Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines Responsibilities Understand both SOW and Project requirements aligning with company’s standards Conduct Risk Analysis Execute and coordinate the activities to Project Committee based on the Master Plan Assist in creating solutions Coordinate the efforts of the team to obtain overall progress and identify challenges Control delivery to the client to ensure quality Validate and review timelines with the Project Committee Establish constant communication with the client for the project progress Provide accurate and detailed information through reports, calls and meetings Coordinate with the clients Main POC Serve as the mediator between the Project Committee and Client Communicate changes, progresses and statuses with the client Ensure alignment of the internal team with the client Introduce the project committee to the client Provide support to the operations for 4 weeks after Go Live Observe consistency and adherence to the clients requirement Complete and provide implementation report to clients for full transition to the Operations team Do the necessary follow-ups on the open items Ensure full closure of the project Ensure implementation Audit is conducted with the internal departments Measure alignment with the client’s requirements and company’s minimum standards (QGBM) Send evaluation surveys to clients in order to assess and evaluate overall process through scoring system Design Project Plan for new projects Present the designed plan during official launching of the program Assign priority level to any projects Track and control project progress Provide consultancy service to the Operations Department Receive internal and external trainings Conduct teach backs Develop internal trainings or skill enhancement training Qualifications Bachelor's Degree holder At least 2-3 years of related work experience Experience working within BPO environments and related industries Documentation and Reports Business Software Applications Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Project Management Industries: Outsourcing and Offshoring Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
