In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that provide critical insights for business decision-making. While prior experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain is a plus, it is not required. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain high‑quality Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models . Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions. Perform SQL‑based data exploration and analysis to support reporting needs. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure accuracy and consistency of data sources. Support the migration of Tableau dashboards to Power BI where applicable. Optimize queries, models, and dashboards for performance and usability. Qualifications Power BI Certified Developer with at least 5 years of experience in Power BI development. Strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, and data modeling . Solid SQL skills for data analysis and reporting. Experience with Snowflake or other cloud-based data platforms preferred. Background in Tableau‑to‑Power BI migration is highly desirable. Insurance domain experience (especially P&C insurance ) is a plus but not required. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
