Negotiate terms of business and placement fees. Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment activities. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in any field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with social media platforms. Results-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed targets. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
