At Managed, we're looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team. You'll be the go-to partner for our key clients, managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. This isn't a "post and pray" job. This is a high-touch, high-impact consulting role. Who You Are You don't just fill seats. You build talent pipelines, consult with your hiring managers, and obsess over candidate experience. "That's not my job" isn't in your vocabulary. You have significant, proven experience working directly with stakeholders in Western cultures. You get the pace, the communication style, and the quality bar. We strongly prefer candidates who have a track record of supporting hiring managers in Australia (AU) or the United Kingdom (UK). You know how to build rapport and establish credibility in these markets. You're a full-cycle veteran. You can hunt (source), engage (screen), and close (manage offers) for a wide variety of roles. You have a minimum of 1-2 years of recruitment experience in full-cycle recruitment processes. You thrive in a blended work environment and are excited to collaborate with the team in our modern BGC office on a hybrid schedule. What You'll Do Own the 360-degree recruitment process for our diverse clients (think roles in Tech, Finance, Operations, and more). Act as a true consultant to your AU & UK-based hiring managers, providing market insights and search strategy. Be a sourcing master, using LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean, and creative methods to find passive talent. Champion our brand and deliver a world-class experience to every candidate, whether they get the job or not. Drive results. You\'ll have clear goals and the autonomy to hit them. Sound like you?
