The HR Supervisor provides comprehensive HR support, drives employee engagement and relations, and aligns HR initiatives with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leads employee engagement and employee relations initiatives.
- Advises managers on the Code of Conduct and labor-related concerns.
- Supports labor law compliance and government-led learning programs.
- Develops and manages HR programs and budgets.
- Supports workforce planning, competency matrices, and job evaluation activities.
- Leads recruitment and hiring for key positions.
- Maintains training and employee development records.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant HRBP experience, preferably in food manufacturing.
- Knowledge of employee engagement, employee relations, labor relations, talent management, compensation and benefits, and project management.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, job evaluation, and job analysis.
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Willing to work full onsite in Canlubang, Laguna.
