Key Job Responsibilities
  • Tackle critical customer challenges across technologies and teams, addressing scalability, resilience, and adaptability to craft holistic solutions.
  • Deliver high-quality engineering work, setting standards for design, code, testing, and monitoring within the team.

Basic Qualifications
  • 7+ years of professional software development experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in system design or architecture, focusing on reliability and scalability.
  • Experience programming with at least one software language.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
  • Experience mentoring junior to mid-level engineers.
  • Knowledge of professional software engineering practices across the full development cycle.
  • Ability to manage projects from requirements to launch.
  • Experience with databases like Oracle and PostgreSQL, including design, SQL, and performance tuning.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular.
  • Proficiency with web application frameworks like Spring Boot and Hibernate.
