Responsibilities Set project inspection standards and coordinate design reviews Ensure proper implementation of all project elements Collaborate with Senior Engineers to enhance efficiency and profitability Develop equipment specifications and define project metrics Manage the collection and analysis of project data Establish project parameters including design and implementation procedures Define and monitor field testing methods to ensure quality Plan, coordinate, and execute electrical/electronic engineering projects Liaise with cross-functional teams (design, procurement, installation) for smooth project delivery Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations Provide technical support and guidance to project team members Identify and implement process improvements and innovative solutions Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communications Engineering, or related field Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Project Engineer (preferably in electrical/electronic engineering) Strong project management skills: planning, coordination, and execution Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities Proficient in project management tools and software Effective communication and interpersonal skills Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Working Location If the position requires you to work overseas, please be vigilant and beware of fraud.
