Job Summary The Commercial Operations Assistant Manager will oversee and support the planning, execution, and monitoring of commercial operations, focusing on maximizing revenue opportunities and operational efficiency. This role involves managing leasing activities, conducting market analysis, preparing financial reports, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of commercial projects. Key Responsibilities Manage and monitor leasing operations for commercial properties, including tenant acquisition, contract negotiations, and renewals. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitive positioning. Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and profitability assessments for commercial projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, and Legal) to ensure smooth execution of commercial initiatives. Assist in strategic planning and budgeting to support business growth and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with company policies, real estate regulations, and leasing standards. Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies to enhance property visibility and tenant retention. Monitor project progress and provide regular operational updates to management. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field. Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in horizontal and vertical construction, land development, and infrastructure projects. Proven experience in leasing commercial properties, market research, and financial reporting within the real estate industry. Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficient in MS Office and familiar with real estate management systems. Demonstrated leadership ability with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
