Design Manager works closely with contractors, tenants, and officials on site ensuring that design works are carried‑out to specific standards. Responsibilities Guarantee that any design problems which arise are quickly resolved and confirm design alterations to existing structure and/or advise on restoration and conservation of old properties. Work heavily with engineers, surveyors and construction specialists on site and oversee projects from beginning to end ensuring structures meet company policies, design standards, management standards, and legal regulations on construction.
