DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee and monitor submission, consolidation, conduct review of all Service and Project Management Consultant vendors’ contract exposure status Ongoing, Completed, Terminated/Augmented, Newly awarded. Review and update awarded contract cost in coordination with the Project Cost monitoring group. Ensure all vendor performance and evaluation report facilitation, approval and consolidated update of reports within the schedule. Ensure all vendors’ contracts remaining balance from SAP system have been verified. Analyze and categorize Vendors Performance Issues & concerns. Prepare Vendors special report as requested. Ensure Evaluation of vendor work progress/accomplishment status and assess qualified for Vendor Performance Evaluation. Ensure Shortlist approval and PAG certification / Vendor accreditation for all shortlisted Vendors. Prepare VPER & Contract Exposure Report request for all Service and Project Management Consultant Vendors and VPER report request. Conduct site audit in relation to above function as needed.
