This job is based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, Philippines that offers a Hybrid work set up (10x RTO per month) and night shift schedule . Job Summary Our respective client is looking for a Business Analyst who will serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for export compliance systems operations. In this role, you will provide expert guidance on compliance matters and technical system capabilities. You will collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business scenarios across various ERP systems, develop reporting tools (queries), and perform data analysis to support informed decision-making. Key Job Responsibilities Act as the subject matter expert for export compliance systems operations. Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business scenarios and requirements. Design and build reporting tools (queries) and perform data analysis in ERP systems. Propose and validate solutions through UAT and production QA processes. Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and productivity. Develop and automate reporting using tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate. Create multi-source queries and reports using Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Magellan). Provide training and support to end-users on new tools and system enhancements. Ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant policies and standards. Prioritize tasks effectively to meet project deadlines, occasionally requiring extended work hours. Key Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant functional and analytical experience. Strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in: Excel: Macros, formulas, pivot tables, lookup functions Access: Multi-table queries, report generation, macros, forms (preferred) General proficiency in Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with SQL and VBA macro coding preferred. Familiarity with Power Apps , Power BI , and Power Automate (including charting, data joins, and cloud flow triggers). Working knowledge of Magellan or other BI tools is a plus. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP/GTS or other trade compliance tools is highly desirable. Ability to automate processes and reduce manual work. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex statistical data. Excellent time management and organizational abilities, with a keen attention to detail. High level of professionalism and diligence.
