Your Role Generate and qualify new sales opportunities, build a strong pipeline, and hand off leads to Sales Representatives. Execute targeted outbound campaigns via personalized outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other digital touchpoints. Research target markets, accounts, and buyer personas to develop accurate lead lists and tailored prospecting strategies. Track and document all sales activities, leads, and outcomes in Salesforce for data accuracy and reporting. Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to refine messaging, share feedback, and enhance campaign performance. Maintain a strong understanding of SEBPO’s services, the global BPO market, industry trends, and competitor offerings. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience generating leads for a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales development, business development, or lead generation. Familiarity with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong listening ability. Highly self‑motivated, results‑driven, and adaptable in a fast‑paced, quota‑driven environment. Preferred Skills/Expertise Experience with sales engagement tools (Outreach, SalesLoft, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator). Background in sales training, pre‑call planning, or consultative selling.
