Responsibilities

  • Supervise and oversee the Production Processes and Production Personnel.
  • Organize Workflow by assigning Responsibilities and Preparing Schedules.
  • Check Production output according to specifications and Production quota.
  • Ensure the Safe Use of Equipements\Machines and Schedule Regular maintenance.
  • Ensure the Cleanliness of the Machines and the Working area.
  • Enforce Strict Safely Guidelines and Company standards.
  • Coordinates all Activities to ensure enough Resources on Hand.
  • Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout.
  • Provide manufacturing decisions from information gathered by collecting necessary data, reviewing production schedules, and producing reports that are required by the immediate superior.
  • Prepare product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Conduct study, apply knowledge in manufacturing processes through research and design and confer with machine operators conducting research programs.
  • Keep equipment operations by coordinating with maintenance department, following manufacturer\'s instruction, and establishing procedures.
  • Ensure safety and quality of products through strict supervision and firm adherence to applicable policies and regulations to meet technical and legal requirements. and standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any 4 years course.
  • Have at least 3 years of Experience
  • Good Understanding of Production Procedure.
  • With strong Analytical Skills and Leadership skills.
  • Self-motivated and an Efficient Problem solver.
  • Good Communication and Interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to be assigned in Maguyam Silang Cavite.
