The Relationship Manager is a primary contact for clients, providing access to Deutsche Bank Private Bank's wealth management solutions. This role involves working closely with the Investment Manager for daily planning and service, acquiring new clients aligned with the bank's business proposition, growing existing relationships, and ensuring a high-standard client experience.

Your key responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain comprehensive relationships with clients, ensuring a holistic client experience.
- Serve as the first point of contact and responsible party for client complaints.
- Identify and develop new business with both new and existing clients, focusing on prospecting and building long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with Investment Managers and other partners to deepen client relationships and participate in origination activities.
- Provide ongoing advice within regulatory frameworks and stay informed about market-impacting initiatives.
- Identify client lending and financing needs, involving specialists as needed.
- Conduct market analysis to identify potential leads and opportunities.
- Manage AML responsibilities, including timely and quality KYC processes and monitoring account transactions for compliance.
- Own the suitability and appropriateness of client investments where applicable, executing orders and ensuring compliance checks.
- Participate in client social events, PR, and marketing activities.
- Uphold the team's operating rhythm and demonstrate role-model behavior.
- Coordinate with other divisions to deliver Deutsche Bank's value proposition.
- Support business growth strategies and uphold professional and ethical standards, managing reputational risks.
Your skills and experience :
- Minimum 7 / 10 / 15 years of relevant wealth management experience for VP / Director / Managing Director roles.
- Established network of clients in the target market, particularly in the Middle East.
- Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and oral, for daily client interactions.
- Attention to detail in strategy and execution.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong investment knowledge.
- Understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., RDR, MiFID II), confidentiality, data protection, and cross-border rules.
- Professional integrity and a self-starter attitude.
- Willingness to develop team members, such as analysts.
- Advanced degrees like CFA or MBA are a plus.
