Overview

Indie Campers is seeking a Strategic Finance Associate - APAC for its Manila office. You will be part of the Corporate Finance Team and support funding for the business across operations and investments in the APAC region. This role involves Bank & Investor relations, Fleet Financing, Fleet Procurement and Insurance, and provides exposure to the company's funding, cashflow management strategy, and collaboration with financial, operations and asset teams. You will report directly to the Corporate Finance Director in Manila.

Responsibilities
  • Finance and manage projects with banks, investors, and leasing partners (from research to close).
  • Oversee fleet-related purchases, including insurance, and manage relationships with leasing and production partners.
  • Negotiate with insurance companies and brokers to secure favorable terms.
  • Prepare cash flow maps, design use-of-funds strategy, support treasury decisions, and forecast cash flow needs for the next 18 months.
  • Assist in developing the funding strategy for operational and investment plans, and contribute to the 5-year business plan, including new business units.
  • Prepare reports for the Board, shareholders and management meetings.
  • Prepare business updates and financial statements reports for external stakeholders.
  • Create and structure special financing projects with strong collaboration from other departments.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Economics, or Finance.
  • More than 3 years of experience in corporate and strategic finance roles.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fast learner, tech-savvy, and eager to implement new tools and procedures to improve efficiency and automate tasks.
  • Results-driven with attention to detail; autonomous and responsible for deliverables.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet short deadlines.
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing situations.
  • Motivated by taking ownership of projects.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
