Key Responsibilities Technical Development & Implementation A/B Test Development: Lead the end-to-end development, coding, and technical deployment of complex A/B tests, multivariate tests, and personalization campaigns using platforms like Optimizely, VWO, or Google Optimize. Front-End Expertise: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code (HTML5, CSS3/Sass, JavaScript/ES6+) to create high-quality, mobile-responsive, and pixel-perfect test variations. Performance Optimization: Ensure all experiments and website changes maintain high performance, accessibility, and adherence to web development best practices and Core Web Vitals. Integrations & Troubleshooting: Configure and troubleshoot analytics tracking (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) and testing platform integrations to ensure accurate data collection.
