We are seeking a Senior Loan Processor with at least 5 years of experience in Australian lending operations and an advanced understanding of MyCRM platform. Job Highlights Leadership-level role for experienced AU mortgage processor Work with complex loan structures: low-doc, commercial, business, and investment Advanced use of MyCRM . Fully remote setup with stable, long-term employment Exposure to broker strategy, credit assessment, and file quality reviews Key Responsibilities End-to-End Loan Processing: Manage full-cycle processing for a wide range of loan types (residential, low-doc, commercial, investment, vehicle, and business lending) from pre-submission to settlement. Lending Expertise: Conduct lender product research, perform complex serviceability assessments, prepare Statements of Credit Advice (SOCA), and support credit managers in reviewing files. Platform Mastery: Use MyCRM (required) with a high degree of accuracy and workflow efficiency. Document Review & Compliance: Verify and assess all supporting documents, including credit reports, tax returns, financial statements, and business activity summaries. Maintain digital records in line with audit and compliance standards. Client & Broker Liaison: Communicate directly with brokers and clients to collect required documents, clarify loan structure requirements, and proactively update on application progress. File Ownership & Reporting: Independently manage multiple files, ensure timely lodgements, follow up for approvals, track settlements, and resolve issues with lenders and external partners. Leadership Contribution: Provide input on process improvements, mentor junior processors (if applicable), and assist in maintaining quality and turnaround benchmarks across the team. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in Australian mortgage loan processing In-depth experience with MyCRM , Demonstrated ability to handle complex loan types (e.g. low-doc, SMSF, commercial) Strong grasp of Australian lender policies and regulatory compliance Advanced communication, organisation, and critical thinking skills Able to work independently and manage a high-volume pipeline Comfortable working AU business hours (Monday to Friday) #J-18808-Ljbffr
